As the Company's highest authority, the OTE Shareholder's General Assemby makes decisions on every concerning issue.
According to the number of shares in their possession, every paid shareholder whose shares carry voting right can participate in the General Assembly of the Company's shareholders.
The decisions made at the General Assembly are equally binding to those who disagree or who did not participate in the voting sessions.
