OTE's managing Director is the company's highest executive authority. He leads all the organisation's functions and represents the company in every operational activity in Greece and abroad.

His duties include the submission of proposals to the Company Board, decisions concerning the Company's internal structure and its regulations and the signing of contracts of up to €7.3 million.
