As the Company's highest administrative authority, the board has responsibility for making decisions on any matter concerning the Company's management and the attainment of its aims, save those issues which fall under the Shareholder's General Meeting's exclusive responsibility. The Board determines Company strategy and its development policy, while it oversees and monitors the management of its assets.
The Board consists of 10 members who may or may not be OTE shareholders. It is appointed by the OTE Shareholder's General Meeting.
