As the company's highest administrative authority, the Board is responsible for making decisions on any matter concerning the company's management and achievement of its goals,except for the issues falling under the Shareholder's General Meeting's exclusive responsibility. The Board also determines the corporate strategy and development policy, while it oversees and monitors management of the company assets.
The Board, consisting of 10 members, is appointed by the OTE Shareholder's General Meeting.
