The OTE Group subsidiary,
COSMOTE, is also present in the mobile telephony market of Bulgaria through
Globul, Albania through
AMC and Romania through
Cosmote Romania. On March 30th, 2009, COSMOTE signed an agreement with Telekom Slovenije for the sale of its 100% stake in COSMOFON - FYROM, which was completed in May 2009.
