OTE announces the set up of a new position on a Group level. As of January 18th,2010, Mr Aris Dimitriadis has been appointed to the newly created position of OTE Group Chief Compliance Officer. Mr. Dimitriadis maintains his duties as Director of Internal Audit and Compliance in COSMOTE Group.

Mr. Aristodimos Dimitriadis, Director of Internal Audit and Compliance COSMOTE Group joined COSMOTE in 2005. Prior to that Mr.Dimitriades worked several years in banking, first in ABN AMRO and then the FBB-First Business Bank as Head of Internal Audit. Mr. Dimitriadis holds a BSc in Economics and Policy as well as an MBA in Business Administration from Kent University in the United Kingdom. Finally, he holds the credentials Internal Auditor (CIA) and Financial Services Internal Auditor (CFSA) by the International Institute of Internal Auditors.
