In connection to the decision of the Judicial Council of First Instance, another step in a lengthy judicial process, OTE states that the executives who took the decision acted in the best interests of the Company, in order to manage to the best possible way a situation inherited.

The case refers to the provision of technical support by INTRAKOM - SIEMENS - ANKO for the maintenance of OTE’s networks for the period prior to 2004 when the present management took over.

OTE will study the decision in order to assess the next legal steps to be taken, being convinced that the accusation will be proven groundless.
