PAY NOW OTE BILLS WITH JUST A PHONE CALL AT 1305 VIA CREDIT CARD

OTE’s customers have, now, the option to pay their bills just by calling “1305”, OTE’s dedicated call center.

With just a phone call at “1305”, customers can save time and make their lives easier and simpler by paying OTE’s bill via any VISA or MASTERCARD credit card. Even during holidays, by calling “1305” from any OTE fixed or Cosmote mobile phone, customers can be informed about their account and pay their bill, even after its expiry date. The “1305” call center can be reached daily, Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 21:00; phone calls from an OTE fixed line are free of charge.

OTE, with “1305”, offers to its customers more options and easier ways to pay their bills. On top of “1305”, OTE recently presented the service “My e-Bill”, an alternative and modern way to pay the bill on-line, via www.oteshop.gr. At the same time, customers still have the option of paying their bills with a standing order, via Internet Banking, Phone Banking, at ATMs or at OTE, COSMOTE and GERMANOS retail shops.
