"MY E-BILL" PAY YOUR BILL EASILY WITH A SIMPLE CLICK
OTE offers its residential and business customers, the possibility to manage and pay online their OTE bill, easily, fast and safely, wherever they may be located. Aiming to continuously improve customer service, “My e-Bill” is free of charge and accessible at OTE’s e-shop www.oteshop.gr. In addition to the information available via the printed bill, with the new “My e-Bill” service through www.oteshop.gr, OTE’s customers may: - Pay their bill online easily and safely by credit card, even if they are located abroad, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,
- View a complete analysis of their phone bill (urban, long distance, mobile calls etc) for all their telephone connections,
- Select if they wish to be notified, by email alarms upon issue of their bill,
- Go through their last 3 bills with a click,
- View statistics regarding their phone calls (e.g duration per call, days with maximum and minimum traffic, most dialled phone numbers etc),
- View the history of their online payments,
For greater safety, registration to the service is required, available at any OTESHOP, where each customer receives an individual pin. Following registration, the e-service can be activated via the web page www.oteshop.gr/myebill. Customers who choose “My e-Bill” service will continue to receive the printed bimonthly bill.
