The company’s regular audit is carried out by chartered auditors. To this end, the General Assembly of Shareholders approves every year the appointment of a company or consortium of auditors for the audit of the company’s accounting and management position over a specified term.

OTE’s General Assembly of Shareholders in June 2010, approved the appointment of the company “PRICEWATERHOUSECOOPERS S.A.” as chartered auditors of OTE for the fiscal year 2011 and assigned them with the audit of the company’s financial statements for 2011 in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Their fee was set at  €478,000.00.
