OTEestate
OTE’s subsidiary, OTEestate which was established in 2003, is responsible for the management of the Group’s real estate assets and for the generation of incremental value for the Group, through the efficient management and commercial exploitation of its real estate portfolio. The real estate portfolio managed by OTEestate consists of a large number of land plots, buildings, offices and commercial space throughout Greece. The largest part of OTEestate’s real estate portfolio is derived from a small number of plots and buildings.

Hellas Sat
Hellas Sat, an OTE Group company, provides international fixed satellite services (FSS) through its wholly owned satellite Hellas Sat 2, which occupies the orbital position of 39 degrees East. The company offers satellite capacity services for video broadcasting applications and wholesale data services in Europe, the Middle East and South Africa, as well as satellite Internet at the retail level and teleport services.

These services are offered in Greece and Cyprus, through two different infrastructures – the Hellas SAT net! HOME broadband access solution for residential customers and small businesses, and the Hellas SAT net! BUSINESS solution which is addressed to both business and residential customers.
Teleport services
Through its wholly owned installations in Cyprus, the company offers transmission and reception services, transmission of TV signals and data, Internet interconnection services, as well as equipment hosting services.
OTESat-Maritel
OTESat-Maritel, a member of the OTE Group, is one of the four major providers of Inmarsat maritime satellite communication services in the world. The company holds a 54% market share of the Greek ship-to-shore communications market, as well as almost 5.8% of the global Inmarsat maritime market. The company’s commercial operations extend to a certain number of maritime posts such as the UK, Germany, the USA, Italy, Cyprus and the Middle East, the Far East, Africa, Australia, the Northern Baltic Sea, India and Ukraine.
OTESat-Maritel’s main activities include the provision of global satellite Inmarsat services through the “Thermopylae” earth satellite station and collaborating stations, as well as satellite Iridium & VSAT services.
